    Daniel

    HEAD OF CLIENT OPERATIONS

    Daniel has over 5 years of experience as a top care worker in disability support. He then managed operations for 5 years, overseeing more than 100 clients and 200 care workers before starting his own business. Before working in care, Daniel was a sales manager and a carpenter.

    On weekends, he enjoys supporting the Cronulla Sharks, dancing Latina style, and spending time with his wife and stepdaughter.

    Alex

    HEAD OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS

    Alex, originally from New Zealand, has a diverse background in corporate finance, having worked across Media, Funds, and Aged Care sectors. He transitioned into community and disability support to create an organisation centered on people and community values.

    On weekends, Alex enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his partner and their dog. He is also a certified CPA.
